Everything You Need to Know

During this time, we kindly request you wear a protective mask (or we will provide one for you) and to sanitize upon your arrival with us.  Please do not visit if you feel unwell.  We have removed our Waiting Lounge area and kindly request you to arrive 5 minutes before your pre-scheduled appointment time. Remain in your vehicle, and we will contact you by phone when it is time to enter the spa. We thank you for your understanding, compassion, and kindness.

We will provide complimentary hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes upon entry, as well as a warm, welcoming smile within our PPE masks ????. Rest assured, all Aphroditi Escape Spa & Salon employees are health checked at the start of each shift. We are also happy to report that we’ve already been approved COVID-Safe and “In Compliance” with The Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark Public Health inspectors.

As always, all professional instruments we use are disposable when possible. Stainless-steel metals are scrubbed down with anti-bacterial soap – then soaked in HLD5 Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide for instruments and medical devices, as recommended by The Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark Public Health. All service spa & hair stations, along with treatment room beds, are cleaned and wiped down with PRE-empt Virox Hydrogen Peroxide Surface Disinfectant after use.

All client chairs & complete stations are now also disinfected after each use.

Please note that we will also continue our Curbside pickups – available for all retail items during this time if preferred, or you may shop safely masked and well distanced inside with us. Please note that our front door is kept locked at this time to ensure social distancing, so please knock when you arrive. If you prefer us to package everything for you in advance, call to place your order & pre-pay over the phone.
