We understand that being late can be out of your control, so we’ll do our best to perform a complete service with the time remaining. Each treatment must be finished on time to accommodate the next client. If you arrive too late, a 50 percent charge of your total regular priced service will apply (or equivalent deduction from a gift certificate), and your appointment will be rescheduled. There are no exceptions to this policy to ensure everyone’s timely served.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. That is because we have to turn away other clients to hold reservations. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50 percent charge of the originally scheduled spa or hair service (or equivalent deduction from a gift certificate). If you can’t show up for your appointment and don’t provide notice to cancel, the full-service price will be charged (or the equivalent deduction from a gift certificate).

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Taxes are not included with prices posted.

No, gratuities are not included in prices, nor is it mandatory. You can tip at your discretion.

Yes, we do. We will need advance notice to ensure staff is ready to serve the party or group.
